‘Tentation Rosée’ is a wine made in the method known as the ‘Saignée’ (from the French for bled). The grapes originate from a single plot, planted with Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. It is made with 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier from a single year and a single plot.

Harvest: 100% 2011 harvest
